We use the information you share with us deliver CUTJENLOOSE services to you. This includes sharing your name, address, telephone number and email address with service providers that help us deliver the services to you such as payment plan providers, website hosts and delivery companies.

When you subscribe to waitlists and events, we also use your contact email address to send through other information about other cool nice to knows including events, art drops and other fun things. You may opt out of these emails by clicking unsubscribe at any time.

CUTJENLOOSE does this on the basis of consent. When you make a purchase through our website or provide your information through the channels described, you provide your consent to our use in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

CUTJENLOOSE retains this information for a period of 7 years from your last purchase or enquiry.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  In order to prevent unuathorised access or disclosure, we have put in place electronic managerial procedures to secure the information we collect both online and offline.  

Please note that any communications via the internet are only secure if they’ve been encrypted.  Your communications may go through a number of countries before they are delivered - as is the nature of the internet.  We cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of personal data that is beyond our control.
